Privacy Policy
This policy covers WWA and OMM Studio Helper ("the app"), a private desktop tool that the owner of this site uses to manage their own YouTube channels. The app is used only with the owner's own Google accounts.
YouTube API Services
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
What the app accesses
After the account holder grants access on Google's consent screen, the app can read and change, for the channel that was chosen:
- channel details and statistics;
- videos and their metadata (title, description, tags, thumbnail, captions, schedule, privacy setting);
- playlists;
- comments and replies on the channel's videos, including comments held for review;
- YouTube Analytics and YouTube Reporting data for the channel.
How the data is used
Only to carry out actions the channel owner asks for on their own channels (uploads, metadata changes, replies, moderation) and to show the owner their own channel statistics. The app does not use this data for advertising, does not build profiles of viewers, and does not use it to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
The owner may run the app through an AI assistant on their own computer. In that case data returned by the APIs can be shown to that assistant, only to carry out the owner's own request.
Storage
Access tokens and downloaded reports are stored only on the owner's computer, in files readable only by the owner's user account. The app has no server and no database, and it sends data only to Google's APIs.
Sharing
The app does not sell, rent, share or transfer Google user data to anyone. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Keeping and deleting data
Tokens stay on the owner's computer until access is revoked or the files are deleted. Reports are kept as the owner's own records and can be deleted at any time. You can revoke the app's access at any time in your Google account's security settings; revoking it makes the stored tokens useless. To ask for any stored data to be deleted, write to the address below.
Children
The app is not directed at children and is not offered to the public.
Changes
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
